Energy Healing - Intensive Package
This is the intensive package session, where we utilise music, movement, energy, breath & intention to release what does not serve you, taking you from, survival mode to feeling a sense of peace.
Inclusions:
Session 1 - Heal
This is where we access the depths of trauma & release the energy that is stored in your body. The energy that has been suppressed over time.
Session 2 - Connect
This is where we connect back within ourselves. Taking the time to witness parts of ourselves that for so long we have placed in the basket of “I’ll get to that later”.
Session 3 - Expansion
This is where we think big, we dream big and where we visualise our potential. We expand our ability to connect to source and develop a level of trust, in order to surrender to what is meant for you.
3x Workbooks in order to safely integrate the learnings from each session.
1x 30 min 1:1 zoom coaching with me, within the 4 weeks post your sessions.
DM access between certain hours for support over the period that we are working together. This is to ensure that you never feel alone in this process.
Payment options are available on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
